The TIG 400P Pulse is an advanced welding system engineered for precision-critical applications. Utilizing alternating high and low pulse currents, this machine significantly reduces heat input, making it ideal for thin plate welding and heat-sensitive metals. The pulse control facilitates superior molten pool agitation, promoting the escape of hydrogen and reducing porosity, while allowing for the creation of aesthetically pleasing, consistent "fish scale" weld formations. With a versatile output range of 20–400A, the TIG 400P is perfectly suited for complex single-sided welding and double-sided forming on medium to thick plates.
